Here are the crash logs:įaulting application name: WINWORD.EXE, version. It's strictly just the "Save as Adobe PDF" function within Word itself. Also worth mentioning, that I can go outside of Word, no problem, and use the Adobe PDF printer with no issue. ![]() ![]() I have also run repairs on both applications. No available updates for either application. I have updated both applications and they are running on the latest versions/builds. Terminal Server is running Windows Server 2016 Standard, 64-Bit I can replicate it like clock work at this point. The PDF does still get created and saved successfully, but Word crashes and restarts itself every single time. Recently, as of about 3-4 days ago, using this option results in Microsoft Word crashing. Typically, they use the "Save as Adobe PDF" function within Microsoft Word itself. ![]() My users work with the PDFMaker add-in to convert Word documents to PDF. So we have a Terminal Server environment that has Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed, along with a Pro Plus copy of Office 2016.
